In ideal circumstances - as the title suggests -  it covers all languages. Nevertheless, these reviews by no means represent all academic conversations on Popular Music hold in the contexts of a certain language. The contents chosen are dependent on the reviewers' attention and  choice. But if you feel like suggesting an essay for review, do so! You only need to send an e-mail to the responsible reviewer('s) of your language.
