Oxford Brookes Music department are holding an Open Day about our re-vamped MA in music. Please pass on the information below to any students you think may be interested and ask them to register for a place.
The MA in Music at Oxford Brookes offers four distinctive and exciting pathways:
- Music and Popular Culture
- Music on Stage and on Screen
- Contemporary Practice in Composition
- Music in 19th-Century Culture
Come to our open day to find out more about our course and about how studying for an MA in Music can enhance your career prospects. It is also an opportunity to talk to teaching staff and former students and to explore our campus and facilities.

1.15pm: An introduction to our MA in Music
1.45pm: Funding an MA
2pm: Presentations by former MA students
2.30pm: Coffee and meet the staff
3.15pm: Round-table: the benefits of studying for an MA
3.45pm: Tour of the facilities and informal discussion with former students
4.30pm: Close
